Normal clans will simplify the procedure by having one member of their clan serve as secretary for finances. All members of that clan will be close to the secretary. The secretary will also befriend members of exchange clans
RS Gold. These members will become friends with the secretary of another clan as well members of other exchange clans, which allows for funds to be swapped between clans (like betting or pots).
These exchange clans can also be used by people who are not members of the clan. This allows for large amounts of money to be traded. RWT should not be an issue with this method, since the money has to pass through a lot of individuals. How does that sound?
